The brief

Explore a clearer way for a research group to present its focus, people, publications, and opportunities without relying on a dense institutional template.

Direction

The opening turns the research problem into a scroll-led sequence: an intact container separates into fluid, structural, and surrogate states while the supporting copy changes with it.

Current state

The scroll narrative, responsive content system, and core interface are working locally. There is no endorsed public deployment yet.
